Steve Paxton, Keyboards

Steve Paxton moved from Columbus, OH to Nashville, TN in the fall of 1994. He soon became in demand, playing piano and organ on countless demos for hopeful songwriters pitching their songs to producers and publishers. Every style of music from gospel to rock was thrown his way, developing a broad range of versatility. The latest project he worked on was for Buddy Jewell (Sony/Columbia) called Times Like These.

Through the years he has toured with numerous artists and has performed on many television shows from: The Grand Ole Opry, and The Donny & Marie Show to the ACM & CMA Awards. He also played keys and sang bgv's in the house band for Season 1 of Nashville Star (USA Network).

Steve is currently working for WestStar Entertainment as creative director of Publishing. He continues to write and record songs for artists, TV, radio, commercials and movie soundtracks at WestStars' recording facility.
