After graduating Berklee College of Music
in 2003, drummer Kendrick Scott joined The Crusaders and
The Terence Blanchard Group. He has had the honor share
the stage with Diane Reeves, Stefon Harris, Kenny Garrett,
Pat Metheny, Gary Burton, Mark Turner, Joe Lovano, Herbie
Hancock, David Sanborn and Roy Hargrove and many more
artists. Recently in 2005-6, Terence Blanchards record
Flow has received two Grammy Nominations, one for Best
Inst. Jazz Album and another for Best Inst. Solo for Herbie
Hancocks solo on Kendrick Scotts composition The Source.
Also Kendrick has played on numerous
films by Spike Lee and others including the upcoming release
"Inside Man". Kendrick's band named Kendrick
Scott Oracle is soon to release its first CD in 2006.
