Jack Grochmal started his engineering career with Freddie Piro at Mama Jo's in North Hollywood, California,also mixing projects at Sunset Sound, The Village, Wally Heider, The old Beach Boys studio in Santa Monica and Clover.

After relocating to Nashville, he spent many years in the studio with Johnny Cash, John Prine, Nanci Griffith, Jack Clement, & Richard Dodd.

He has also mixed Dennis Locorriere's Out of the Dark, engineered and contributed background vocals to Frankie Yankovic's Live in Nashville. Jack has also worked with
Various Artists on Songs of Texas, Tom T. Hall, Charley Pride, Marty Stuart, Tracy Nelson, and Jay Patten.

Following a three year music business -mixing engineer hiatus as a consultant to Intel Corp., Jack re emerged in 2006 to mix "Ripped" by McGee-Pragnell band and continues to mix and produce projects he enjoys.
