After performing, writing and recording with some of the best known bands and vocalist of the eighties, keyboardist and longtime member of "Journey" Jonathan Cain has a home studio."Wildhorse", is a 1500 sq. ft. building with a control room, recording room and office, complete with the new technology as well as the classic analog sound.

His passion for the piano has led him to the instrumental genre. After co-producing "Beyond the Thunder" with Neal Schon and 3 of his own instrumental solo albums for Higher Octave records.

Cain has toured during the summer with the new line up of Journey including new lead vocalist Steve Augeri and drummer Deen Castronovo since 1998. Along with founding members Neal Schon and Ross Valory, they have played over 400 shows since they got together as a band.
